Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Public Safety, Statewide Services, is soliciting proposals for a biometric processing system to process fingerprint cards between state-utilized existing systems. The system shall have the following specifications: (a) GENERAL The solution shall enable AKDPS to meet and maintain Alternative National Fingerprint File (A-NFF) qualification and the requirements listed in this document. a. Comply with Criminal Justice Information Services Security Policy (CJISSECPOL). b. The ability to interface across multiple governmental agency applications such as Message Switches, Rapid DNA Devices, Store and Forward systems, Criminal History systems (Provided by CPI), Fingerprinting Machines, Correctional Systems, and custom web services. c. Integrate with flatbed and high-speed auto-feed document scanners with a minimum 500 Pixels Per Inch (PPI) and maximum 1000 PPI. d. User friendly software interface. e. Detailed user-based audit logs containing information about record access/modifications and which fields and values were modified. f. Highly customizable reports containing both aggregate and detailed record level data. Reports should be available in data formats that allow for further analysis (excel, csv, or similar standard data formats). g. Continue to communicate biometric information between the department, WIN/NEC, CCH and Person repositories, and the FBI
