Specifications include, but are not limited to: Consolidation of licenses and existing Lenel OnGuard Servers for CIHA’s 23 facilities (Eklutna Estate has an existing DSX access control system) into one Lenel OnGuard Server. CIHA would prefer the ability for the server to be virtual (Microsoft Hyper-V or VMware preferred) with network connection both provided by CIHA’s IT department. The Lenel support license shall accommodate up to 128 doors and allow up to 10 simultaneous browser client users in the system at a time. The consolidation of the Lenel system shall allow for the creation of a centralized user profile and credential database that can be viewed and managed from any property on the network or offsite (i.e. from a web interface). In addition, transition existing credentials from older less secure formats to a new single more secure format that eliminates the chance of duplication. CIHA understands that some of the existing card readers may not work with the new credentials/format and will have to be replaced. The Proposal Pricing Form includes a line item for 40 hours of labor to test the existing card readers and a price to replace a card reader that can read the new credentials/format.
