Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replacement of All Existing Flange Gaskets on the AASF Fireguard® AST. i. The Contractor will purchase and replace all existing flange gaskets on the Fireguard® AST system, to include all piping. Replacement flange gaskets will be made of material that is compatible with Jet-A (F-24) fuel. Replacement of the flange gaskets will be conducted in accordance with all manufacturer and NMED PSTB requirements. ii. Due to the variation in piping and gasket size, the Contractor will conduct a site visit to determine the exact number and size of existing flange gaskets prior to replacing the existing flange gaskets. iii. Once all existing flange gaskets are replaced, the Contractor will conduct a line tightness test in accordance with NMED PSTB regulations to ensure the AST piping has no leaks and that the AST system is fully operational.
