Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide around the clock access to live transcription services for record keeping and data transfer from voice/written format to Microsoft Word 2013 or Adobe Acrobat Pro report format. • Accept dictation by phone (line or cellular) through toll-free number provided by Contractor. • Accept recorded interviews from zip drive in Microsoft Word 2013 or Adobe Acrobat Pro format, send Microsoft Outlook e-mail, facsimile including handwritten statements. • Transcribe reports and return to CYFD case workers within one (1) hour after dictation taken from field to include case specific statements. • Transcribe reports and return to CYFD non-case worker staff within three (3) hours after dictation from field. • Provide the ability for specified CYFD employees to upload files from cellular phones to Contractor's web-site. • Provide accessibility via phone and Internet access at no additional cost to CYFD to Contractor's transcription system twenty-four (24) hour a day, seven (7) days a week, including holidays. • All transcription services shall remain confidential. • Vendor must have security measures and protocols to ensure the transcribed documentation remains secure.
