Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide consultant services to assist the SE Region TSS Environmental Unit with stormwater management tasks including: -Provide engineering assistance to staff, consultants, counties, municipalities and contractors on region projects relating to storm water management design, analysis, applications, and techniques and assist the principal region program engineer for storm water management. -Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analysis of streams, culverts, ditches, bridges, and other wetland areas. -Develop and implement WDNR/WDOT Cooperative Agreement provisions for stormwater discharges of transportation facilities. Duties to be performed at the consultant’s office; approximately 20 hours per week. Workload may vary from week to week based on project needs. If proposing a team, identify individual team member roles and a lead.
