Specifications include, but are not limited to: 6210-00-04: Perpetuation project to replace the pavement of approximately 1.15 miles of STH 49 from South Street to south Washington Street, in the city of Berlin in Green Lake County. 6540-01-03: Perpetuation to replace the pavement of approximately 0.88 miles of STH 91 (Huron Street) from STH 49 to Berlin city limits, in the city of Berlin in Green Lake County. Remove the existing concrete pavement and install new subbase, base, and asphalt pavement and install an eastbound left turn lane at Center Street. Review operational analysis of the following intersections: STH 49 & Washington St, STH 49 & Pearl St, STH 49 & Wisconsin St, and STH 49 & Spring St (STH 49 & STH 91). Additional improvement include upgrade curb ramps, evaluate storm sewer system and replace as needed, replace areas of curb and gutter, replace impacted sidewalk as needed, replace and improve traffic signals, flashing beacons, or LED blinker stop signs and street lighting as determined along the project. Typical section and layout alternatives will be evaluated to address safety and operational concerns. STH 49 and STH 91 are connecting highways. Real estate acquisition is likely.
