Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide off-site project leader services (ideally 3+ years’ experience in highway and/or rail grade crossing projects) to perform a safety study at one site-specific rail crossing and railroad/highway crossing design at four crossing locations. Additional services from different highway design business areas include railroad coordination, grade crossing design, highway design, survey, traffic engineering, utilities, real estate, and environmental coordination. The following projects have been identified, additional projects may be assigned as needs arise. Design projects include: Crossing 690132M, Lone Elm St., Van Dyne, Fond du Lac County Crossing 690119Y, Arndt St., City of Fond du Lac, Fond du Lac County Crossing 079961D, First Street, Village of Pepin, Pepin County Crossing 079827S, Losey Boulevard, town of Shelby, LaCrosse County. Project 5991-05-52 Study project: Crossing 176693L, Washington Avenue, City of Racine, Racine County Approximately 42 hours per week for the duration of the contract. Based on project demands, hours worked could be irregular from week to week. If proposing a team, identify team member roles and the primary individual.
