Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this solicitation is to allow the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry (ADCRR) to enter into a contract(s) for the procurement of the following specified products, as specified in Emergency High-Voltage Repair. Contractor shall: 3.1. Perform emergency Electrical Work including but not limited to emergency outage or malfunction, troubleshooting of all electrical systems, parking lot lights including bulbs and ballast, high voltage transformers, excavation work for underground service, automatic switching gear/transfer switches, high voltage loop inspection and repairs, high mast lighting, service entrances, overhead electrical services such as power lines and poles or any other electrical component, and high voltage tap box/S&C cabinets. 3.2. Have at least five (5) years of experience providing high-voltage electrical repair service in a correctional facility. 3.3. Provide overhead lineman for the repair of overhead power lines including but not limited to down poles and down wires. 3.4. Invoice any specialized equipment parts, or components required to perform work requested at cost. The ADCRR reserves the option of obtaining parts or equipment directly, to be installed by the Contractor. 3.5. Comply with all local and State and Federal laws, rules and regulations for an electrician and employee Licensed Journeyman Certified for High Voltage. All other electricians conducting electrical work must possess a valid Electrical license as a Limited licensee, Journeyman licensee, and/or Apprentice licensee. 3.5.1. The Journeyman Electrician and/or Limited Electrician are responsible for their licensed Journeyman and/or apprentice. 3.6. Provide proper equipment to conduct services applicable to the needs of the project. 3.7. Be available 24 hours a day for emergency work requests and be on site within five (5) hours after contact with the agency. 3.8. Be responsible for pulling permits for projects that are required by the ADCRR and/or the town/city. 3.9. Comply and utilize the most recent Electrical Code adopted by the State Fire Marshal Office. 3.10. Provide weekly progress reports, and ability to participate in weekly status meetings, on jobs exceeding two (2) weeks in duration as requested by ADCRR.
