Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Oregon Business Development Department (“Business Oregon”, “Department” or “OBDD”), is undertaking a Cleantech Sector Competitiveness Assessment and Opportunity Analysis intended to provide a roadmap that guides Business Oregon’s efforts in retaining, expanding, and growing the Cleantech Sector in the State of Oregon. Business Oregon is seeking proposals from a consultant or consulting firm with experience in economic analysis, stakeholder engagement, planning, and relevant industry sector expertise. With support from Business Oregon staff, the selected consultant/firm will complete the following Project: define the Cleantech Sector in Oregon, identify opportunities, goals, priorities, and strategies for growing the Cleantech Sector in Oregon, which may include the expansion of existing firms and attraction of new businesses.
