Specifications include, but are not limited to: Interested individuals and firms are to respond to the Request for Proposals (RFP) for a contract for monitoring services for the Ashford School roof replacement project scheduled for the summer of 2024. The project will be financed through grants from the State of Connecticut Office of School Construction Grants and Town bonding funds. The Ashford School roof is approximately 78,425 square feet. The current roof systems will be replaced with a 2-ply, thermoplastic (KEE) roof system including, but not limited to insulation, flashings, expansion joints and roof drains. A 429 sq. ft. section of roof will have a standing seam metal roof installed. Replacement of a skylight is also included.
