Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Shut down and drain chiller and boiler systems. B. Disconnect and remove all old water lines. C. Cap water supply line. D. Disconnect and cap old gas line. E. Remove and dispose of old chiller and boiler equipment off site in accordance with all State and Federal regulations. F. Remove and dispose of old make-up air system off site in accordance with all State and Federal regulations. G. Remove and dispose of old humidifier system off site in accordance with all State and Federal regulations and cap water supply line. H. Build a new platform for new indoor units to sit upon. I. Install two (2) new HVAC 12.5 ton 3ph 230v electric systems with 20 KW heat each. J. Build, customize, and install a transition to adapt existing ductwork into the new indoor units. K. Flush, modify, connect, and insulate existing copper line set. L. Install new electrical from existing electrical panels to the new indoor units. M. Install proper electrical breakers for new equipment as necessary. N. Install new Honeywell 3H/2C T6 Pro, or equivalent or better, thermostat. O. Install new low voltage wiring between the new indoor units and the thermostat. P. Wire system as a lead/lag system. Q. Install new drain lines. R. Make all other electrical connections as necessary. S. Keep areas cleaned daily and dispose of dirt and debris IAW all state and federal regulations.
