Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The contractor is responsible for the procurement & installation of the 2. YPAL 105 or equivalent Carrier packaged rooftop unit as a replacement for the Snyder General unit currently on the building. 3. Contractor is responsible for the procurement & installation of the correct seismic rated adaptor curb needed to adapt to the new packaged rooftop unit. 4. Contractor is responsible for the procurement, installation and wiring of the UVDI duct mounted UV lights into the new unit. 5. Contractor is responsible for the wiring and integration of the controls of the new unit into the current BAS system. A new JCI Metasys BAS system is being installed concurrently with the replacement of the RTU unit. 6. Contractor is responsible for coordinating with JCI or Carrier for the onsite startup of the units by a factory certified technician. 7. Contractor is responsible for a new gas regulator and installation of necessary piping needed to install the new unit. 8. Contractor is responsible for the removal and disposal of the Snyder General unit currently on the building
