Specifications include, but are not limited to: All state agencies shall be eligible to use the Master Agreement resulting from this solicitation. Bidder shall indicate in the appropriate box which Manufacturer is being bid along with the discount percentage off on Attachment C Bid Sheet. Failure to do so will result in being deemed non-responsive and eliminated from further consideration. Unless otherwise specified on the delivery order, discount should include inside delivery. Installation and disposal of mattresses, box springs, and bed bases to be bid at an hourly rate. Delivery/setup of mattresses, box springs, and bed bases will need to be coordinated with a point of contact identified by the ordering agency on their Delivery Order. The Contractor’s employees are expected to act in a professional manner when encountered by students, residents, staff, and visitors of the various facilities. Crating and packaging materials are to be disposed of by the vendor, unless otherwise indicated by ordering agency
