Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work to be undertaken by the Contractor will include environmental inspection of the structures to determine any necessary abatement measures, including but not limited to lead based paint and asbestos; removal and disposal of all mulch, logs, landscaping clippings, detached branches, building materials, appliances, and all other manmade debris from the site(s) and properly disposed of in accordance with applicable permits and regulations. No planted landscaping shall be removed with the exception of landscaping that cannot be avoided by the contractor in the removal of the onsite improvements to be demolished. Contractor means and methods to accomplish the assigned scope of work shall not damage or interfere with the intended function of any ODA. Contractor shall be responsible for any and all damages to any ODA resulting from the contractor’s execution of the scope of work.
