Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Maintain the current brand or suggest new branding. 2. Identify potential marketing needs of the City of Guthrie by analyzing available advertising media, including radio, television, newspaper, magazine, billboard, social media, etc., to determine suitable advertising media for the City of Guthrie. Also include a potential informational mailer to the registered voters of the City of Guthrie. 3. Prepare, develop and maintain a website dedicated to the initiative. 4. Prepare, develop and support any and all materials needed for two (2) town hall meetings at various locations which are to be determined. 5. Negotiate with advertising media for space or time to obtain the most favorable terms and rates available. 6. Follow up on all services provided by media to evaluate and determine their compliance with contractual obligations. 7. Make timely payment to all persons or firms supplying goods or services in connection with the advertising program. 8. Coordinate and communicate with the City of Guthrie as appropriate.
