Specifications include, but are not limited to: Architectural Services for the Municipal Pool Project and/or Fire Station Project; Project A – Municipal Swimming Pool The current Municipal pool is located in Highland Park, it was built in the 1930’s, and has reached the end of its useful life. Project B – Fire Station The City of Guthrie Fire Department needs to add a second Fire Station due to growth and number of calls in our service area. The location has yet to be determined. Project A – Municipal Swimming Pool; Minimum Services Needed are inclusive of but not limited to: Target Goal: 1000 Sq. Ft. Water Surface Pool; Bathhouse; Pump Chemical Room; Floor Plan; Building elevations; Site Plan- parking lot, entry, site work, utilities extensions; Documentation as required to delineate the project and obtain a professional estimate of probable cost for the full extent of the project; Construction Documents; Construction Phase Services; Project B – Fire Station; Minimum Services Needed are inclusive of but not limited to: Target Goal: 3000 Sq. Ft. Facility; 6 Person Station; 2 Apparatus Bay; Floor Plan; Building elevations; Site Plan- parking lot, entry, site work, utilities extensions; Documentation as required to delineate the project and obtain a professional estimate of probable cost for the full extent of the project
