Specifications include, but are not limited to: Eastern Connecticut State University seeks proposals from vendors of higher education software solutions (solutions) supporting a range of academic needs. These include, at a minimum, solutions for faculty evaluations; program and student assessment; accreditation (nursing, business, education, and more); and student learning, clinical placement, and licensure for teacher certification, nursing, and other programs. The University currently utilizes standalone solutions to support various processes under academic affairs. Multiple academic programs have/are seeking specialized accreditation and need support with tracking metrics related to accreditation standards. Programs requiring clinical placements, related evaluations, and final certification and licensure, need workflow, documentation, and student learning and assessment support. Faculty evaluation and promotion and tenure decisions require a custom workflow designed to institutional needs. • Demonstrate solutions to university stakeholders to ensure that product is capable of meeting the range of needs • Design and implement solutions in alignment with University policies and requirements • Provide implementation services and work with appropriate departments on campus to successfully implement and integrate solutions, including building any Application Programming Interface (APIs) needed • Provide training in building and using solutions • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services
