Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Citadel is seeking a vendor to provide termite and pest control services for its barracks, athletic buildings, campus buildings, and campus residential quarters. The Offeror shall be required to perform various types of services at different intervals at each location listed herein to include the utilization of sprays, dust powder, gels, bait traps, and granular pesticides – all supplies provided by vendor. The Citadel takes no responsibility for the accuracy of the square footage herein. The Offeror shall be solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the square footage of the campus locations listed herein. The Offeror shall be required to perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly service per the schedule listed herein. The Offeror shall provide The Citadel Physical Plant with a receipt for each individual location it has service prior to departing the campus during each visit. The Offeror shall invoice The Citadel on a monthly for each Lot. Offeror services shall be performed in accordance with applicable Local Municipal, State, and Federal, rules, regulations and laws. The Citadel may seek additional application for any of the locations listed herein on an as need basic, therefore, the Offeror shall include these additional application fees in their monthly/quarterly service charge when submitting their bid cost.
