Specifications include, but are not limited to: From this solicitation, and in coordination with the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (FCDMC), the City of Mesa Engineering Department will select a consultant for studying the drainage and proposed system in Pecos Road, as defined below: The Pecos Road Corridor between Meridian Road and Ellsworth has a long history of experiencing damaging floods due to its location as a regional concentration point of sheet flow and small wash flooding, along with limited flood control facilities. The corridor has been previously studied with older area drainage master studies and is one of the problem areas identified in the current Queen Creek/East Mesa Area Drainage Master Study/Plan Update (QC/EM).
