Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. New Roof: ● We have a flat roof with no drains. Roof needs to be properly sloped and drains on all four corners. Roof is roughly 4,000 SF. ● We estimate that 30 sheets of plywood will be needed for rotted underlayment. This is what we estimate might need to be replaced. ● Because change orders are not allowed If any additional sheets are needed it will be paid for by the owners. Price per sheet will be provided to owners by the contractor. 2. New Windows (3) at Unit 1363 S Major ● 3 Windows replaced ● 1 New frame will need to be installed ● All windows need to be double pained. ● Throw away security bars from window. 3. New doors and locks (3) ● 3 new industrial doors and frames. Matching black doors. Mail Slots (Black) added to each door. Numbers of address on each door (We want the numbers to be gold colored). ● 3 new lock handles and deadbolt locks. We are wanting the deadbolts to be on a keypad so we can have keyless entry. We are wanting the keypad and handles to be black ● All three locks need to be keyed to our Master key. “Glens Locks” on state street will need to do this because they are the ones who installed our locks. They also sell handles and locks for this type of stuff. I recommend getting it through them or making sure that Glens can key the locks correctly
