Specifications include, but are not limited to: Screenings - English Language Evaluations 3.1.1.Provide comprehensive psychological consultation and evaluation screening services to residents of the Hospital when requested by Hospital Management Personnel. 3.2. Administer patient/resident interviews, reviews of charts and treatment materials, reviews assessment materials (e.g., plethysmograph results, polygraph results), research legal histories, and administer testing (if the evaluator, in their professional judgment, deems the tests necessary). Pricing for tests shall include the written report as described in Section 3.4, Scope of Work. Tests may include but are not limited to the following: 3.2.1. Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory 2 (MMPI-2); 3.2.2. Multiphasic Sex Inventory 2 (MSI II); 3.2.3. Intelligence and Intellectual Functioning (Wechsler); 3.2.4.
