Specifications include, but are not limited to: consists of a new booster pump system and reservoir with a capacity of 500gpm. Work shall include all labor, materials and equipment for constructing a new 30,000 gallon above ground steel reservoir, pumping skid consisting of a 500gpm flow pump and “jockey pump” and controls housed in an enclosure, standby generator, electrical work and controls and all located inside a chain-link fence and access gate site. A new 2-inch domestic waterline will be installed paralleling the new 6-inch pipeline which will deliver water to the fire suppression system at the Museum and all accompanying appurtenances. Additionally, a 4-inch pipeline will be installed and connected to an FDC connection near the parking area and also feedback into the Museum fire suppression system. Work includes removing an existing pump, hydrotank and existing site fencing and removing and replacing site concrete access-way, identified retaining walls and general site work.
