Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1. Relocate electrical panels LB (225A, 120/208V) and EL (50A, 120/240V) from janitorial closet in women’s restroom to a suitable location in the men’s restroom on the opposing side. Move branch circuits connected to LB and EL to support panel relocation. Relocate existing 10 kVA transformer in janitorial closet to alternate location to allow proper electrical clearance from hot water heater and mop sink located in this area. Construct supports for relocated panels and repair framing, drywall, and tile, and finishes in both the men’s and women’s restrooms and the janitorial closet to support panel and transformer relocation. 1.2. Relocate existing 75 kVA transformer from women’s restroom enclosed closet to exterior location outdoors. Move associated wiring and circuits connected to transformer to support relocation. Provide weather proof cover or enclosure to support outdoor installation of transformer. Install concrete pad to support relocated transformer. Paint electrical clearance line around relocated transformer. Repair roofing soffit as required to support conduit routing from interior to exterior pathway. Construct and repair framing, drywall, and finishes within the women’s restroom enclosed closet area to support transformer relocation. 1.3. The Contractor shall provide all engineering services, supplies, parts, equipment, tools, labor, testing, personnel, transportation, supervision, management, startup services and training necessary for all aspects of this SOW. The Contractor shall provide updated drawings and specification sheets of materials used to reflect the work completed by this project. The project will be completed in accordance with the project contract documents, drawings, manufacturer’s specifications, Federal and State law, and the terms and conditions of the contract. ALL WORK TO TAKE PLACE DURING NORMAL OPERATING HOURS. 1.4. The work plan shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer and designated 161st Civil Engineer Squadron Personnel for approval, within 7 days of contract award. The plan shall include an estimated schedule of all work to be performed. Once approved, the contractor shall follow the schedule as closely as possible to facilitate the 161st Civil Engineer Squadron inspection process. 1.5 Government Furnished Equipment, Property and Services: The Contractor may use reasonably required amounts of available government furnished electricity and water from existing outlets and lines without charge. The contractor shall be responsible to conservatively use utilities only as required for intended purposes under the requirements of this contract.
