Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Quantity: 40,000 • Size: 8.5" x 11" • Stock: 24# watermark stock • Ink: Black, Reflex Blue, Thermo Red (for the thermo dot) and Bleed-Through Red (for control number). • One regular perforation located 2.75" from the bottom of the title and across the entire width of the paper as shown on the attached sample. • Each certificate shall be printed with a unique control number running consecutively from 100001 to 150000. The control number shall be printed in red ink with bleed through to the second page. (See attached sample) • State of Hawaii watermark and DOBOR logo printed on the front of each certificate. (See attached sample) DOBOR will provide vectorized graphics of the State of Hawaii and DOBOR logos. The successful bidder may be responsible for creating the watermark from the art provided. • A thermo red dot shall be placed on each certificate.
