Specifications include, but are not limited to: On-site scheduled office hours: Contractor will provide on-site scheduled office hours for approximately 15- 20 hours each week. These office hours may be utilized by employees to schedule any form of mental health or wellness session: Individual, couple, or family therapy sessions Annual mental health and wellness check-ins Peer support and wellness program services; Sessions outside of on-site scheduled office hours: Contractor will provide availability for sessions to be scheduled outside of regular on-site office hours. These additional sessions may be held on-site or off-site at the Contractor’s offices. Critical incident response: Contractor will have on-call urgent availability to respond on-site to critical incidents with short notice.
