Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services, as determined by the Riverbanks, may include but are not limited to the following: • Assist Riverbanks leadership in development of a long-term capital implementation plan which considers enabling projects for the $80MM expansion; • With input from Riverbanks’ leadership, validate existing capital budgets and assist in development of future budgets as needed; • Assist in preparation of RFP’s/RFQ’s for design and construction services as well as other solicitations for FF&E; • Prepare and negotiate agreements for design, construction and ancillary services required for each assigned project; • Coordinate and monitor the design process beginning with programming and conceptual design and extending into final construction documents. Conduct peer review of design documents and verify coordination among design consultants; • Coordinate submittals to authorities having jurisdiction over the projects and permitting process; • Administer construction contracts with approval from the District; • Conduct routine inspections during construction, attend progress meetings, and represent owner’s interests throughout construction; • Coordinate construction activities with Riverbanks representatives regarding on-going operations, positive guest experience, access, public and animal safety, parking, laydown areas, etc.;
