Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Existing Standing Seam roof to be demoed and removed. • Existing underlayment, ice dam protection and insulation board to be demoed and removed • Install new one-inch rigid Polyiso insulation board • Install new underlayment, Ice and Water Shield Roofing Underlayment. • Properly dispose of “tear off materials”, clean area, and make free of any debris. • Install new standing seam roof and accessories as per manufactures recommendation including the starter strips, roof panels, valleys, hip/ridge caps, vented ridge cap, etc. • Install new drip edge and fascia • Remove and install new pipe boots on all penetrations • Demo and remove existing gutter system including existing metal over lay and rubber membrane. • Install a new metal gutter and EDPM membrane in the gutter. • Remove all work-related debris from the work site and properly dispose of all debris.
