Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Phoenix (City) invites sealed offers to provide electrical services on an as-needed basis for a five (5) year period commencing on or about June 1, 2024. Contractor will supply all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation necessary to accomplish required electrical work/services. The City will have sole discretion as to any acceptable alternate product or service. Typical electrical services to be performed under the resultant contracts include but will not be limited to: (1) general electrical services, (2)service entrance and general electrical preventative maintenance, and (3) replacement of electrical wire and conduit due to wire theft/vandalism. The participating departments for the resultant Contract(s) are as follows: Aviation Department Water Services Department, Phoenix Convention Center Department, and Parks and Recreation Department.
