Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following is an outline of possible meeting topics and project activities. The dates, times, and location will be finalized as the planning process proceeds. • Meet with County leadership (County Administrator, Sheriff, District Attorney, Director of Community Justice & Rehabilitation Services, Director of Health & Human Services, and other County leaders as necessary) o Develop final scope of the project o Determine project logistics and needed staff support • Facilitator research and understanding o Review in detail the 2014 10-year public safety plan and associated documents o Review budgets and financial reports from the last three years, including those related to the voter-approved public safety levy o Interview each County Commissioner to help understand their position on the project
