Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The SC Department of Education (SCDE) will pay upfit charges for space related to a Café / Canteen area of the new SCDE building located in West Columbia. As required by the lease between SFM DOE QOZB Property LLC and SCDE, the landlord shall construct and make all required up fit to the Demised premises in accordance with Tenant’s plans and specifications. Pyramid Construction was selected by the Landlord to construct the building. Plans and specifications were required by the builder and are approved by the SCDE and the SC Commission for the Blind (SCCB). The building is still under construction. Upfit charges will be reimbursed in full by the SCCB upon completion of upfit related to 3,661 square feet of the building.
