Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) diagnosing the necessary repairs for the Owner’s existing electric pump motor (“Motor”); 2) picking up the Motor from the Owner’s Central Facility location at 2835 Crescent Springs Road, Erlanger, KY 41018 and delivering the Motor to Contractor’s facility; 3) performing the repair Work at Contractor’s facility, including furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for the Work identified in the Contractor’s diagnostic report; and 4) delivering the repaired Motor to Owner’s Ohio River Pump Station No. 1 Facility at 200 Mary Ingles Highway, Latonia, KY 41015.The Motor is a Westinghouse Model VSW1 model electrical motor for a water pump.
