Specifications include, but are not limited to: Removal of existing and installation of new diesel drive fire pump including fuel storage and delivery system, fire protection valves, piping and specialties. Scope includes all associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing within fire pump room required to support new fire pump and meet code. Removal & replacement of the existing diesel drive fire pump, jockey pump, controllers, fuel storage and piping system, exhaust system. 2. Removal & replacement of door, door jamb lockset and hardware to fire pump room. 4. Miscellaneous patching and painting
