Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Notify Project Coordinator and District Oil & Gas Inspector within 24 hours of plugging commencement. 2. Move in and rig up to existing 6 5/8” casing. 3. Measure in hole to check TD. 4. If TD cannot be reached, begin cleaning out well bore to TD. 5. TIH to TD with tubing, and spot 6% gel and set a minimum of 100’ cement plug from 2882’-2782’. Trip out hole (TOH), wait on cement (WOC). 6. Tag top of plug. Add cement if needed. 7. TIH with tubing, and spot 6% gel from 2782’ to 2635’ set a minimum 100’ cement plug from 2635’ to 2528’. TOH, WOC. 8. Run bond log to find free point and cut 6 5/8” casing prior to setting plug across 6 5/8” casing seat. If free point was found to be shallower, and the entire casing string will not pull. Perforate all additional plugging locations as determined by bond log. 9. ***Note*** Casing free point will determine whether the casing is perforated and cemented at all plugging locations, an additional plug may be required across casing cut achieved.
