Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a discount off of the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) contract for the purchase of welding supplies via in-store and on-line ordering. Offerors shall provide a maximum percentage discount off the welding supplies MSRP. Offeror is not required to but may have a website available for using governmental units and end users to access for online ordering. If offering the supplies via a website, Offeror must distinguish discounted contract price for on-line ordering. It will be beneficial, but not a requirement, that Offerors have an in-state presence where Using Governmental Units (UGUs) can make over-the-counter purchases of welding supplies on an as needed basis.
