Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Albuquerque is requesting bids for On-Call Painting Services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications set forth herein. The City intends to establish a Price Agreement (“Contract”) for On-Call Painting Services. The City reserves the right to award multiple agreements under this procurement if it is deemed in the best interest of the City. 1.Cleaning, scraping, sanding, priming and painting of interior and exterior surfaces. 2.Countersink protruding nails, screws, etc. 3.Filling, puttying patching, glazing, caulking and carpentry work shall be done wherever necessary to restore to original conditions before work commences. 4. All surfaces shall be washed down with a TSP or equivalent solution before painting.
