Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Library Services department will be purchasing a platform to support pre-K-12 teachers in creating and managing classroom library lists. All proposed classroom library management platforms must meet the following: * Generate title, author, and ISBN for each classroom library book; * Provide access to classroom library lists to parent/guardians; * Provide user friendly ISBN scanning option; * Allow manual entry of titles; * Allow teachers to easily add/ remove titles; * Provide a feature for approval of classroom library titles; * Provide opportunities for online engagement with classroom library materials; * Cloud Based Hosting; * Authenticate via EZProxy; * Compatible with ClassLink; * The platform and content should be geared to use of pre-K-12 students; * Provide accessibility features (compliant with Section 508) * Must ensure that MNPS remains in compliance per the following attachments: * Attachment A - State Memorandum * Attachment B - State Law
