Car-sharing Operations plan o Reservations and availability and rental intervals (hourly, daily, time vs distance) o Pick up and drop off procedures, key exchanges o Parking violations – who is responsible for payment o ADA accommodations o Customer support service hours of operations (hours and days) and roadside assistance o Bilingual operations available o Vehicle signage and markings o Availability of program vehicles (i.e. one available at all times)
