Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Louisville Free Public Library seeks a vendor to provide switching hardware to support the delivery of network service to 17 current library locations across Jefferson County, KY. The library anticipates expanding to 19 locations over the next two to three years. The Library seeks to use this contract to make purchases that are eligible for E-rate discounts, but non-E-rate eligible purchases could be made by other agencies of Louisville Metro Government. The initial term of the contract will be from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. Subsequent renewals will be for the entire fiscal year from July 1 to June 30 and renewal costs MUST NOT exceed a 7% increase year over year in the final price charged to the Library.
