Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Citadel seeks one or more vendors to repair drywall as required and paint surfaces on campus as required. All painting will not require drywall repair. Drywall repair and paint will be completed on a variety of surfaces. In a multitude of interior and exterior conditions at a variety of heights and campus locations. Most buildings on campus have stairwells, auditoriums and ceilings in excess of eight (8) feet, this request does not include any drywall repair or painting in excess of two (2) stories approximately twenty (20) feet. There are a multitude of campus school buildings, including barracks (with an excess of 200 units) on site in addition to approximately ninety (90) housing units and one (1) apartment building within campus facilities.
