Specifications include, but are not limited to: This contract is for the build-out of an unfinished room on the third floor of the existing Northwest Subcourthouse building to create a meeting room and adjoining kitchen. The scope of work includes building new metal stud and gypsum board walls. New finishes include gypsum board and metal stud ceiling assemblies, acoustical panel ceilings, carpet tile, VCT, resilient base, paint, and plastic laminate kitchen casework. New openings include aluminum storefront, hollow metal door frames and solid core wood doors with hardware. Existing building systems to be tied into include plumbing, HVAC, electrical power, fire protection, fire alarm and IT data. New lighting and audio/visual systems are included in the work. Bids will be evaluated and awarded to the lowest total bid meeting specifications.
