Paint color to be determined by homeowner. • Scrape and repair ceiling. • Replace all trim. • Paint walls, ceiling, and trim. Color determined by homeowner. • Replace flooring with tile. Color determined by homeowner. • Replace all air vents. • Replace all outlet and outlet covers. • Replace light switch and light switch covers. • Replace exhaust fan in bathroom. • Replace all broken and/or outdated plumbing lines, faucets, and shut off valves in the bathroom. • Replace toilet with ADA standard 18’ toilet. Including ADA handrails. • Replace vanity and sink with any water-resistant material. Color and style determined by homeowner. • Replace mirror with mirror medicine cabinet combo. Style and color determined by homeowner. • Replace tub with ADA standard walk in shower insert. Including ADA shower seat, handrails, and shower head. • Replace light fixtures with new 3 bulb fixture. Color determined by homeowner. • Replace bathroom vent. • Install a GFI outlet into bathroom and outlet over. • Replace flooring with new stick on tile in bathroom. • New baseboards. • Replace all cabinets and counter tops in kitchen. • Repair water leak. Replace waterlines, faucets, sink, and shut off valve in kitchen. • Caulk and trim out where needed for repairs. • Replace flooring in laundry room with tile. • Replace all interior doors. Replacing door, knob, wood, trim, and all other materials needing replaced. Exterior: • Replace all exterior doors. Replacing door, knob, wood, trim, insulation, and all other materials needing replaced. • Replace old shingles with new shingles. Replacing all rotten and/or broken boards/rafters, nails or screws, and insulations. • Replace Fascia, soffit, and drip edge around the house. Caulk and paint. Color Determined by homeowner. • Replace all windows. Replace all broken and/or rotten wood, trim, sheetrock, and insulation. Caulk and paint. Color determined by homeowner. • Replace outside faucet. Repair/replace all damaged materials including pipes, brick, siding, sheetrock, nails, insulation, and all other damaged materials. • Replace 10 x 14 deck including the steps and roof.
