Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State is seeking up to eight (8) independent contractors to review and recommend revisions for assigned Tennessee world languages standards. The contract period for reviewers will begin approximately February 26, 2024, and end June 30, 2024. Selected reviewers will meet in-person for one revisions session. Following the session, the team will work to make updates to the standards prior to the SBE meeting. Selected reviewers will be required to update proposed revisions from the SBE and submit a finalized version of the standards for final approval. Contractors must meet the following minimum requirements: Have an in-depth understanding of the Tennessee world languages standards. Be available to attend in-person standards revision sessions in Nashville, tentatively scheduled for February 2024, Be comfortable using and have access to required technology. Be available to collaboratively review and recommend revisions to assigned standards within the review period.
