Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Wetland delineation and environmental assessment • Hydraulic and hydrologic analysis of the watershed. Provide a report and recommendations on the existing and proposed conditions of the culvert under the access road and railroad. • “Limited” A-2 and T-2 surveys in the subject areas. (The town will provide a previous A-2 survey for the property) • Geotechnical investigation • Utility Coordination and design • Design an entry road from Old Forge Road to a point approximately 1000 feet into the parcel with a temporary cul-de-sac. The road shall accommodate a 30’ wide pavement, snow shelf and sidewalk. • Recommendation of type of crossing, culvert or bridge into the Industrial Park Phase II • Design the culvert/bridge to cross Dividend Brook. The culvert/bridge shall accommodate a 30’ wide pavement, snow shelf and sidewalk. • Construction phasing, detour plan and alternatives considered as access to the parcel is required on a daily basis. • Construction Plans and Specifications • Cost estimate Future work may include (via negotiation, RFP or QBS process): • Obtain local, state and federal environmental permitting. • Help obtain funding. • Construction management – Project administration • Construction inspection. • As-built drawings
