Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) of the Albuquerque Metropolitan Arroyo Flood Control Authority (AMAFCA) seeks competitive sealed proposals for Professional Services for General Counsel Services for the specifications contained in the Request for Proposals. The complete Request for Proposals including the Scope of Services may be obtained via email at RFP@amafca.org. Services will be required in the following areas of law: Real Estate and Condemnation, Contracts and Agreements, Environmental / Water Law, Inter-Governmental Affairs, Personnel and Administration, Construction Law. It is estimated that about 30-40 hours per month are required to perform these services.
