Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide fiber optic connectivity between the main school building and the various athletic facilities as described below. ● 12 strand OM1 fiber homerun via aerial or underground from closest IDF to football press box. ○ All strands terminated. ○ 24”x36” or comparable lockable network equipment cabinet with rack mount fiber box. ● 12 strand OM1 fiber homerun via aerial or underground from baseball press box to closest IDF. ○ All strands terminated. ○ 6u vertical, slim, lockable network equipment rack. ○ Rack mount fiber box. ● 12 strand OM1 fiber aerial or underground from baseball field house to closest IDF. ○ All strands terminated. ○ 6u vertical, slim, lockable network equipment rack. ○ Rack mount fiber box. ● 12 strand OM1 fiber via aerial or underground from softball press box to closest IDF. ○ All strands terminated. ○ 6u vertical, slim, lockable network equipment rack. ○ Rack mount fiber box. ● All fiber should be terminated with LC connectors. ● All equipment racks should be lockable with enough front clearance to allow door to close without damaging fiber or copper patch cables. ● Handhole enclosures (as required) should be 17”x30” or larger with adequate depth for service considerations. ● If necessary, vendor shall be responsible for locating any existing utilities. ● Vendor shall provide and install rack mount fiber boxes as necessary for termination of fiber runs that terminate in wiring closets inside of the school.
