The roof systems will be tapered to drain areas as needed. The vapor retarder will be 3 inspected during construction and if necessary, replaced. The skylight assemblies and curbs will be 4 removed and replaced with new insulated curbs and more thermally efficient skylight glazing assemblies. 5 Staging areas will be strictly defined and coordinated with campus to ensure pedestrian safety and 6 underground utilities are protected as roof replacement proceeds.
