Specifications include, but are not limited to: . During the development of the plan elements, the Consultant will be expected to: 1. Work closely with Consortium staff to refine and further develop the work-plan including research methodology and plan format to reflect the information needs of decision and policy makers. 2. Use Consultant’s equity plan or equity lens to guide the process and commit to accurately reflecting the needs of marginalized groups. 3. Be responsible for reviewing existing plans, policies and strategies. 4. Coordinate its work with that of any other entities identified by the Consortium as contributors to various elements of the Con Plan. 5. Maintain continuity and consistency. The consultant will regularly apprise the Consortium on the quality and quantity of data received from outside sources prior to including in the Consolidated Plan. 6. Collect, analyze and report on primary and secondary data and information. Provide narrative and tables/graphics in format that can be easily be shared with stakeholders and incorporated in the Consolidated Plan as submitted in IDIS and in PDF format. 7. Coordinate regular check-in calls to advise on progress and discuss/refine direction. These will occur at least monthly. 8. Provide preliminary drafts of documents for staff review, revise drafts for public comment and final drafts based on public comment input. 9. Attend or make oral presentations of finding at community meetings with stakeholders as described in Scope of Work. 10. The reports produced by the consultant must include the following: ▪ Descriptions of purpose and methodology including a list of the agencies, groups, organizations and individuals who were consulted or otherwise participated in this process. ▪ Findings, conclusions, and/or recommendations, some of which may appears as tables, graphs or maps. ▪ As appropriate, links to websites where plan users can find updated data during plan implementation period (example American Community Survey, CHAS data, etc). ▪ All final data must also be provided in a Microsoft Office format.
