Specifications include, but are not limited to: concrete repairs, repointing of glass block mortar, installation of traffic bearing waterproofing membrane, installation of penetrating corrosion inhibitors at the concrete structure, installation of penetrating sealers with integral corrosion inhibitor, replacement of winged compression seal expansion joints, replacement of compressible seal expansion joints, sealant replacements and repairs, painting stair tower rails and guardrails, installation of a new supplemental drain, and installation of pavement markings. Alternate No. 1 work includes replacement of a stair tower rail and guardrail system. Alternate No. 2 is removal of the roof system over a concrete canopy and installation of a roof membrane expansion joint.
