Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5.4.1 Renovate restrooms in the Felgar Hall building located on The University of Oklahoma Norman Campus as indicated in the attached 21-24 Felgar Hall Restroom Renovation IFB DRAWINGS and 21-24 Felgar Hall Restroom Renovation IFB SPECS. These attachments are located in the Buyer Attachment section of the solicitation. Work to be begin 05/1/24 and completed on 07/31/2024. 5.4.2 Coordinate with the University to identify improvements available within the market. 5.4.3 Keep the University informed of significant changes and/or trends in the marketplace throughout the year and provide the University with an annual forecast of market conditions. 5.4.4 Provide University employees with their rights under the law. 5.4.5 Provide a simple reservation / ordering system that allows advance notice of Goods requirements, and a mechanism for orders/reservations to be adjusted up or down based on changing needs, subject to availability. 5.4.6 Ensure that all Goods are well-maintained and provide support in case of any issues during the rental period, life of the contract, or other timeframe. 5.4.7 Perform routine maintenance on the Goods to ensure safe and reliable operation. 5.4.8 Repair or replace malfunctioning Goods within a 2-hour period, twoweek period, or other timeframe. 5.4.9 Deliver and pick up the Goods at specified locations.
