Specifications include, but are not limited to: Forming and pouring concrete pad 18” x 18” x 6” depth. This pad will match existing pad on opposite side of the entrance by the security guard building. All equipment shall be Doorking or equivalent Install 2 barrier gate operators, 1/2hp 115v, one on each concrete pad. These mechanisms open the gate arms. Install two aluminum arms 14ft. One arm will be installed on each concrete pad. These are the barrier arms that will open and close. Install two reverse edge hardware kits for the arms. This is a safety feature so the arms do not come down on any vehicles. Install DKS Doorking 8080-309 or equivalent lighted led reverse edge 9ft. on each arm so the arm can be seen at night. Install two cover barrier arm hubs – white in color Doorking brand or equivalent. Contractor shall clean up of any debris from project and restore grounds to pre-work conditions. Contractor shall perform tests to confirm that the system is working properly. Contractor shall train maintenance staff and security guards on proper operation of newly installed barrier gate.
